ORDERING & SHIPPING 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Once an order has been submitted, we get straight to work on processing it and it is no longer able to be changed or canceled. Please double-check your order before sending payment, including your address. 

How long does shipping take?

  • We strive to get you your order as quickly as possible. Typically, we require 2-5 business days for processing, and 3-8 business days for shipping. However, custom items and some specialty items may take longer. These extended wait times are listed under the description of each item. We are not responsible for delays due to the postal system. 

Why did I receive multiple packages for my order?

  • In order to provide a wide variety of products at fair prices, we work with a small handful of various warehouses across the country. This means all items in your order may not ship out from the same location or at the same time. 

Can you guarantee my order by a specific date?

  • We do our very best to adhere to our expected production and shipping times, however, we are unfortunately unable to provide any guarantee on arrival dates for orders. Please keep this in mind if ordering for a specific date such as a holiday or birthday. 

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

  • We do not offer upgraded or overnight shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

  • At this time we do not ship outside of the United States.

GENERAL 

How do you print your t-shirts? 

  • Our t-shirts are printed using a Direct-To-Garment (DTG) technique. This technique uses technology that sprays water-based ink directly onto a garment. The ink sinks into the fabric, as opposed to sitting on top of it like vinyl. We prefer this method of printing as it allows us to work with cotton, or primarily cotton blends for clothing. 

Why does the graphic on my t-shirt look smaller/bigger than on your model?

  • Graphics are scaled smaller or larger depending on the size of the garment, however, after size L we are unable to scale up past a certain point. We do our best to portray our apparel as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind our models are of various shapes and sizes, and wear a range of shirt sizes depending on the desire for a slimmer or looser fit. 

How often do you re-stock old items?

  • We try our best to restock our bestsellers weekly. However, we also strive to offer beautiful, new items regularly, so once an item has been removed from our site it more than likely will not be brought back. 

What size should I order?

  • All clothing items include a measurement chart in inches, typically of the garment laid flat. We recommend comparing measurements to your favorite items already in your closet to find a size that is most appropriate for you. 

My item shrank in the wash! What now?

  • Oh no! We're so sorry that happened! We recommend washing all items in cold water on delicate cycle, and hang to dry to preserve your garment as long as possible. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on items that have been washed, worn or otherwise used.

Do you have a storefront?

  • Enchanted Horseshoe Boutique is an online boutique. However, you may occasionally find us at local vendor shows and pop-ups in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, so keep an eye out! We love meeting our local shoppers!
