Return Policy

RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days after being received. 
  • If you need to make a return, please reach out to us through our contact form with the following information:
    • Name
    • Transaction number
    • Reason for return
  • Any returned item must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags included (if applicable). Items that appear worn or used will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
  • Please include original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY, which does not include any shipping or handling charges.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We advise using a method that provided a tracking number for your reference. 
  • Store credit will be issued 5-7 business days after receiving your return.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 SHIPPING

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after checkout! 
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing, and 3-7 business days for delivery on most items. Custom orders and specialty items may take longer.
  • Once an item is shipped, please contact your local courier service in regards to any questions regarding your tracking number or package, including delays, custom charges or lost items. 
  • It is the buyers' responsibility to make sure the shipping address that is being provided is correct. We are not responsible if an item is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Should we receive a package due to these circumstances, the order will be canceled and the customer refunded. 

 DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

  • Items that are defective (i.e. torn, stain, etc.) do qualify for a refund or a replacement.
  • Please contact us within 3 days of the issue, including a photograph of the damaged area
  • Include the word Damaged or Defective in your subject line.
  • Items that are damaged due to incorrect handling or washing are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note care instructions listed under items' description.
  • Colors of merchandise may vary due to monitor settings, lighting and personal perception, and slight differences in color do not qualify as a defect. We do our best to portray out items as accurately as possible, but please note that modest variations in color are considered acceptable.
  • Items purchased in the incorrect size do not count as defects.
